指导思想1998年是我市实施国民经济和职工教育“九五”发展计划关键的一年,全市职工教育工作者要高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,全面贯彻落实党的十五大和市九次党代会精神,“切实把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位”,紧密围绕经济工作的两个根本转变,解放思想,深化教育改革,优化教育结构,合理配置教育资源,提高教学质最和办学效益,而向社会,面向基层,真抓实干,努力把我市职工教育提高到一个新的发展
