目的:探讨高龄食管癌、贲门癌患者围手术期处理。方法:回顾性分析了 5 3例高龄食管癌及贲门癌患者围手术期治疗情况。 结果 :手术切除 48例 ,占全组的 90 .6 %。术后并发症 15例 (2 8.3% ) ,多为心肺并发症 ,围手术期死亡 3例。 结论:高龄食管癌、贲门癌患者术前充分准备 ,术中及术后加强心电监护、心肌保护和呼吸道管理等措施 ,可减少并发症的发生 ,提高手术成功率。
Objective: To investigate the perioperative management of esophageal and cardiac cancer in elderly patients. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the perioperative management of 53 esophageal and cardiac cancer patients. Results: Surgical resection in 48 cases, accounting for 90.6 % of the whole group. Postoperative complications occurred in 15 cases (28.3%), mostly heart and lung complications. Three patients died during the perioperative period. Conclusion: The advanced preparation of esophageal and cardiac cancer patients before surgery, and the strengthening of ECG monitoring, myocardial protection and respiratory management during and after surgery can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the success rate of surgery.
