近年来,我们衢州市委办公室在围绕党委中心工作开展督促检查方面,进行了一些有益的探索。我们感到,督查工作要真正取得实效,应着重在督查立项、督查方法、督查反馈和督查网络建设等四个关键环节上下功夫。一、督查立项紧贴中心保重点立项是督查工作的基础,要搞好立项,就必须围绕中心,突出重点。中心,就是党委中心工作、阶段性工作的中心和经济建设的中心;重点,就是本级党委中心工作中的重点,上级党委所布置工作的重点,党委主要领导批示和交办工作的重点,领导关注但基层在落实过程中又有一定难度的工作重点。我们在督查工作实践中体会到,要把握中心、抓住重点,必须在以下几个方面下功夫。
