河南省驻马店市人民检察院检察官陈杰,在被抽调到河南省纪委两正厅级干部受贿专案组期间,伙同河南省纪委纪检监察三室副主任潘峰,借办案之机,收受贿赂。2015年3月12日,潘峰被调查,此案被称为“河南省纪委自查第一案”。同一天,受贿200万元的陈杰被检察机关指定居所监视居住。2016年12月22日,中国裁判文书网公布了陈杰受贿二审刑事判决书。专案组成员有偿替人要工程款
