压实度直接影响沥青路面的性能,而集料温度、拌和温度、成型温度和碾压次数等都直接影响沥青路面的压实度。本文通过正交试验和室内试验,分析以上指标中影响压实度的主要因素。研究表明,当置信水平α为0.10时,成型温度对沥青混合料SMA13的物理和力学性能有显著影响。最后,进行定量分析,研究了最佳压实技术的成型温度和碾压次数。
Compaction directly affects the performance of asphalt pavement, and aggregate temperature, mixing temperature, molding temperature and rolling times directly affect the compaction degree of asphalt pavement. In this paper, through orthogonal test and laboratory test, the main factors affecting the compaction degree are analyzed. Studies have shown that when the confidence level α is 0.10, the forming temperature has a significant effect on the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixture SMA13. Finally, a quantitative analysis was conducted to study the molding temperature and the number of compaction times for the best compaction technique.
