贸易政策制定体制直接影响着贸易政策的结果。本文分析了美国贸易政策制定体制的主要构成 (立法部门、行政部门和利益集团 )及其相应的功能 ,并对该体制的优势和不足进行了探讨。
The trade policy making system has a direct impact on the outcome of trade policy. This article analyzes the main components of the U.S. trade policy making system (the legislature, the executive branch and interest groups) and their corresponding functions, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the system.
