袁良义先生在《从明一条鞭法到清一条鞭法》一文(见本刊今年第3期)中指出:清代不仅实行了一条鞭法,而且基本上取得了成功.这种论断很正确,还可从清中叶朝廷官吏吴振棫的话中得到证明.
In his article “From a Whip to a Whip” (see Issue 3 of this year), Mr. Yuan Liangyi pointed out: Not only was the Whip Act practiced in the Qing Dynasty but it was basically a success, But also from the mid-Qing court official Wu Zhenlian’s words have been proved.
