应用流式细胞仪结合计算机辅助行数据、图像分析,用荧光标记抗体( M D R1 P E, Clone U I L2)定量检测34 例喉癌、喉咽癌组织和18 例癌旁组织的 P G P含量,并与肿瘤病理、生物学特性进行比较分析,研究喉癌、喉咽癌细胞 M D R1 基因产物 P G P的表达及临床意义。结果显示,喉癌、喉咽癌 P G P阳性表达率为 588% (22/34); P G P表达与喉癌、喉咽癌患者的临床分期无关( P> 005),与病理组织学分级及有无颈淋巴结转移有关( P< 001)。提示 P G P检测有助于估计肿瘤的生物学特性; P G P有可能成为有效的预后指标。
Flow cytometry was used in combination with computer-assisted line data and image analysis to quantitatively detect P in 34 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, hypopharyngeal carcinoma and 18 cases of paracancerous tissues using fluorescently labeled antibodies (M D R1P E, Clone U I L2). PG content, and compared with the pathological and biological characteristics of the tumor, to study the expression and clinical significance of the P G P gene of the M D R1 gene product in laryngeal cancer and laryngopharyngeal cancer cells. The results showed that the positive rate of P G P was 58.8% (22/34) in laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinomas. The expression of PG P was not related to the clinical stages of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancers (P> 005). ), with histological grade and presence of cervical lymph node metastasis (P < 0 01). Tips P G P detection can help estimate the biological characteristics of tumors; P G P may become an effective prognostic indicator.
