目的:探讨中药甲子参芪合剂对大鼠环孢霉素 A(CsA)急性肾毒性的防护作用。方法:观察甲子参芪合剂对急性 CsA 肾毒性大鼠肾功能、尿蛋白、尿β_2-微球蛋白及肾组织病理变化及肾小管间质中细胞间粘附分子-1表达的影响。结果:甲子参芪合剂对大鼠 CsA 急性肾毒性有保护作用,其作用与异搏定及抗细胞间粘附分子-1单克隆抗体治疗效果相似。结论:中药甲子参芪合剂能有效地防护 CsA 对大鼠的肾脏毒性作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effect of Jiazi Shenqi Mixture on acute renal toxicity of cyclosporine A (CsA) in rats. Methods: To observe the effect of Jiazishenqi mixture on renal function, urinary protein, urinary β2-microglobulin, pathological changes of renal tissue and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 expression in tubulointerstitium of rats with acute CsA nephrotoxicity. RESULTS: There was a protective effect of Jiazi Shenqi Mixture on acute renal toxicity of CsA in rats. Its effect was similar to that of verapamil and anti-ICAM-1 monoclonal antibody. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine Jiazishenjing mixture can effectively protect the renal toxicity of CsA in rats.
