目的探索建立经济适用的华支睾吸虫生活史微小生态环境的方法。方法修建一个容积约1 m~3的饲养池;在池底种植水草;池内饲养纹沼螺、麦穗鱼。将含有华支睾吸虫虫卵的猫粪沉渣施放入池,感染纹沼螺。结果收集池内的纹沼螺、麦穗鱼,检查结果显示纹沼螺感染华支睾吸虫尾蚴的阳性率分别为3.00%(3/100)、2.50%(2/80)。麦穗鱼感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴的阳性率为96.67%(29/30)。结论该华支睾吸虫生活史微小生态环境适用于实验研究。
Objective To explore a method to establish the economical ecological environment of Clonorchis sinensis. Methods A rearing pond with a volume of about 1 m ~ 3 was built; aquatic plants were planted at the bottom of the pond; Cats sediment containing Clonorchis sinensis eggs were placed in a pool and infected with M. moorcrofti. Results The positive rates of C. matsurasus infected with C. matsuyana were 3.00% (3/100) and 2.50% (2/80), respectively. The positive rate of wheat infected with Clonorchis sinensis was 96.67% (29/30). Conclusion The microscopic ecological environment of Clonorchis sinensis is suitable for experimental research.
