洛阳炼油厂自1984年11月投产以来,为了处理好炼油污水、曾试用了多种国产聚合铝作为浮选絮凝剂。实践证明,对于乳化较为严重的污水,所用各种药剂效果均不佳,水中乳化油去除率低,且产生的污泥脱水困难。为此,1988年初我们与西安公路学院环境工程研究所进行炼油污水乳浊液高效脱稳技术的研究,经过一年的努力,研制开发了PHM-y_1新型复合净水剂。经实验室及现场
Luoyang refinery since its commissioning in November 1984, in order to deal with the refinery wastewater, have tried a variety of domestic aluminum as a flotation flocculant. Practice has proved that, for the more serious emulsification of sewage, the effect of various agents used are not good, low removal of emulsified oil in water, and the resulting sludge dehydration difficulties. Therefore, in early 1988, we worked with the Institute of Environmental Engineering of Xi’an Highway College to study the high-efficiency destabilization technology of oil-refining sewage emulsion. After one year of hard work, we developed a new type of composite water purifier PHM-y_1. The laboratory and the scene
