应用ＧＣ－ＭＳ鉴定厦门港表层沉积物中２５种甾醇，其碳数为Ｃ（２６）～Ｃ（３０），包括４－去甲基与４甲基、核饱和与不饱和、５α系与５β系以及１５种不同的Ｃ－１７位测链．文中详细讨论其三甲基硅醚衍生物的质谱测定结果．
GC-MS was used to identify 25 kinds of sterols in surface sediments of Xiamen Harbor. The carbon number was C (26) ~ C (30), including 4-demethyl and 4 methyl, nuclear saturated and unsaturated, 5α and 5β Department and 15 different C-17 bit chain. The article discusses in detail the results of mass spectrometry of its trimethylsilyl ether derivatives.
