祖厉河流域自1970年开展水土保持综合治理,至1989年底止,共完成水土保持综合治理措施面积2120km2,占流域水土流失面积10648.43km2的20%。采用“水文法”、“水保法”、“水土流矢成因定量分析法”计算1970~1989年流域水利、水土保持综合治理年均减沙效益,三种方法的计算结果分别为13.15%、13.8%、10.41%。20年来,流域共减少入黄泥沙1.9亿t年均减少950万t。在1970~1989年实测年均减沙量2770万t中,人类活动影响的占27%,降雨减少影响的占73%。
Zuliu River Basin since 1970 to carry out comprehensive management of soil and water conservation, to the end of 1989, completed a comprehensive management of soil and water conservation area of 2120km2, accounting for 10% of the area of 10648.43km2 of soil erosion. Using the “Hydrological Law”, “Soil and Water Conservation Law” and “Quantitative Analysis Method of Soil and Water Flow”, the annual average sediment reduction benefits of water conservancy and soil and water conservation in the basin from 1970 to 1989 were calculated. The calculated results of the three methods were 13.15% , 13.8% and 10.41% respectively. In the past 20 years, the basin has reduced the total amount of sediment entering the Yellow River by 190 million tons by 9.5 million tons every year. In the actual measured annual sediment reduction of 27.7 million tons from 1970 to 1989, 27% were affected by human activities and 73% were affected by rainfall reduction.
