If there is a wealth of human resources available for me to choose from, I will select half of the male and female sex managers. I feel that there is not much difference between male and female managers in terms of motivating and pursuing professional achievement. At the same time, I think that female managers are more meticulous and pragmatic, strictly follow procedures and communicate moderately; while male managers are usually more open-minded and willing to innovate. And open-minded. A good team should be an organization where men and women managers complement each other. If there are only women, there will be more team gossip and less motivation for innovation. If there are only men, the management order may be too extensive.
