目的:研究定眩合剂对家兔椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的治疗作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用郑重、朱明双以硬化剂注射于家兔第3~5颈椎左侧横突侧面法制备家兔VBI模型,观察定眩合剂对家兔脑缺血后的脑指数,脑兴奋性氨基酸-谷氨酸(Glu)和抑制性氨基酸-γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量的影响。结果:与模型组相比,定眩合剂能够降低家兔VBI模型脑指数,降低Glu含量及GABA含量。结论:定眩合剂具有脑保护作用,其脑保护作用可能与其抗兴奋性毒性损伤作用有关。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Dingxuan Mixture on rabbit vertebral-basal artery insufficiency (VBI) and to explore its mechanism of action. METHODS: The rabbit VBI model was established by Zheng Gong and Zhu Mingshuang with sclerosing agent injected into the left side of the 3rd to 5th cervical spine of rabbits. The brain index after cerebral ischemia in rabbits was observed. Effects of glutamate (Glu) and inhibitory amino acid-gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) content. Results: Compared with the model group, Dingxue Mixture can reduce the brain index of VBI model in rabbits and reduce the Glu content and GABA content. Conclusion: Dingxuan Mixture has a protective effect on the brain, and its brain protection may be related to its anti-excitotoxicity.
