四川省民办高职教育发展迅速,已成为高等教育重要部分,但四川省民办高职院校教师工作满意度不高,工作积极性低,制约了民办高职院校发展。本文从“教师工作满意度”角度出发,通过问卷调查和文献分析,采用因子分析法,利用SPSS软件,对四川省部分民办高职院校教师工作满意度影响因素进行了实证分析,构建了四川省民办高职院校教师工作满意度提升机制,并提出了提升民办高职院校教师工作满意度的建议,为四川省的民办高职院校的持续发展提供基础。
The rapid development of civilian-run higher vocational education in Sichuan province has become an important part of higher education. However, the work satisfaction of teachers in civilian-run higher vocational colleges in Sichuan Province is not high and their enthusiasm for work is low, which restricts the development of private higher vocational colleges. Based on the questionnaire survey and literature analysis, this paper uses factor analysis and SPSS software to analyze the influential factors of job satisfaction of teachers in some civilian-run higher vocational colleges in Sichuan Province. The improvement mechanism of job satisfaction of teachers in civilian-run higher vocational colleges in Sichuan province is put forward and suggestions on improving the job satisfaction of teachers in private higher vocational colleges are put forward, which provides the foundation for the sustainable development of private higher vocational colleges in Sichuan Province.
