张雪梅同志于一九八一年幼师毕业时,主动申请回山区搞幼教工作。她深入调查研究,从山区的实际出发,积极开展幼教研究活动,并写出体会,寄给本刊。我们谨向主动要求到农村、山区、海岛工作的幼师毕业的青年教师致敬,并希望大家象张雪梅同志那样来稿、来信,以便通过刊物交流经验。
Comrade Zhang Xuemei volunteered to apply for early childhood education in the mountains when he graduated from kindergarten in 1981. She conducted in-depth investigations and studies, proceeding from the actual conditions in mountainous areas and actively carried out research activities on early childhood education and wrote about her experiences and sent them to this magazine. We would like to pay tribute to the young teachers who have taken the initiative to ask for graduation from kindergarten teachers who work in rural areas, mountains and islands. We hope that all of you, like Comrade Zhang Xuemei, will draft and write letters so as to exchange experiences through publications.
