随着我国房地产市场的兴起与完善,物业管理行业在短短30年时间里取得了长足的进步与发展,与此相比,物业公司在财务管理工作的开展上却显得相对滞后,存在着许多亟待解决的问题,如何加强财务内控和财务风险防范建设,规避企业财务风险,针对物业公司财务内控和财务风险防范深入的研究,本文提出几点针对性的措施。
With the rise and improvement of China’s real estate market, the property management industry has made great progress and development in just 30 years. Compared with this, property companies appear lagging behind in the financial management work. There are many How to strengthen financial internal control and prevention of financial risks, and avoid the financial risks of enterprises, in order to make in-depth research on financial internal control and financial risk prevention of property companies, this paper puts forward some measures.
