信阳市劳务经济在生产要素区域流动、国家扶贫战略实施等有利因素的影响下,呈现出蓬勃的发展态势。但也应该看到,信阳市劳务经济仍然面临着诸如劳动力供求形势严峻、劳动力整体素质不高等不利因素的困扰,会对今后的长远发展产生消极影响。为此,必须调整信阳劳务经济的发展思路,加强劳务经济市场体系建设,实施劳务品牌战略,统筹地区城乡发展,从而促进信阳劳务经济的健康、持续发展。
Xinyang City labor economy in the production factors in the regional mobility, the implementation of the national poverty alleviation strategy and other favorable factors under the influence of showing a booming development trend. However, it should also be noted that the labor economy in Xinyang still faces problems such as the grim situation of labor supply and demand and the unfavorable overall quality of the labor force, which will have a negative impact on the long-term development in the future. To this end, we must adjust the development of Xinyang labor economy ideas, strengthen labor market system, the implementation of service brand strategy, co-ordinating urban and rural development in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Xinyang's labor economy.
