本课题主要针对普通高校《室内设计》课程本科学生的实训教育教学模式改革。在校企共建的民间工艺工作室下与企业公司形成“双聘双挂”的教学、工作模式,即学校聘请具有较强实践能力的企业、公司设计师担当学生实践项目指导教师,企业公司聘请教师担任公司设计师;再利用“社会实践项目导入+校内工作室下的校企互动”手段来实践教学新模式。能将“地域民族民间工艺”导入到实践教学环节中实施教学任务,是基于高校和企业的大力合作,共同建立互通、互补、互动、互惠等多联动的实践教学模式。
This topic mainly aims at the reform of practical education and teaching mode of “interior design” undergraduates in colleges and universities. In the school-owned enterprises to build a common studio under the company with the formation of “double-hiring double hanging” teaching and working model, that is, the school hired a strong practical ability of the company, the company designers to act as a student practice project mentor, Enterprise companies hired teachers as company designers; re-use of “social practice projects into the campus school-enterprise interaction under the school” means to practice teaching a new model. The introduction of “regional national and folk craftsmanship” into practical teaching can be implemented based on the strong cooperation between universities and enterprises and the joint establishment of practical teaching modes of interoperability, complementarity, interaction and reciprocity.
