党的十一届三中全会以来,思想政治工作已经纳入服从、服务于党的总任务、总目标的轨道。但是,在“两个文明”建设的实践中,如何进一步改进和加强思想政治工作,思想政治工作如何更紧密地结合经济工作一道去做,还没有从根本上得到解决。为了维护和加强思想政治工作,我们必须采取切实有效的措施。从一个企业来讲,不但政工干部要做好思想政治工作,生产、技术、行政管理干部也要把做好思想政治工作当作义不容辞的责任。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, ideological and political work has been incorporated into the track of obeying and serving the party’s overall task and overall goal. However, in the practice of “building two civilizations”, it has not yet been fundamentally resolved how to further improve and strengthen ideological and political work and how ideological and political work should be more closely integrated with economic work. In order to safeguard and strengthen ideological and political work, we must take effective measures. In terms of an enterprise, not only should the cadres and workers in politics and political work be good at ideological and political work, it is also incumbent upon the cadres in production, technology and administration to make ideological and political work an obligatory responsibility.
