分析潍城区疾控中心2013年人力资源状况,为中心人才引进、人力资源合理配置提供科学依据。整理潍城区疾控中心2013年在岗人员基本信息,对人员年龄、职称、学历、岗位等构成情况进行分析。2013年末潍城区疾控中心在编在岗职工44人,占全区总人口的万分之1.2,≥50岁年龄组占50.00%;中级职称人员占45.45%,无职称人员占27.27%;专业技术人员和卫生技术人员分别占72.73%和68.18%;第一学历以中专为主,占52.27%,其次为高中,占29.55%,最后学历以大专为主,占54.55%,其次为本科,占25.00%。人员数量严重不足,年龄老化,断层突出,学历水平明显偏低,专业技术人员比例偏低,结构不合理。需要进一步引进年轻、高学历专业技术人才,优化人力资源配置,提高疾病预防控制能力。

Need to further introduce young, highly educated professional and technical personnel, optimize the allocation of human resources and improve disease prevention and control capabilities.
