我科收治一例阵发性双面表情肌强直性痉挛患者。经用低频电强刺激疗法,控制发作。报告如下。患者:郭××,男,48岁,公安干部。主诉:一年来,双侧面表情肌活动后继发强直性痉挛。病史:于1973年4月,在一次汽车驾驶员学习班讲话中,突然感到右侧面部说话不得劲,过几天左面亦感不适。每天发作数次。于当地医院进行针灸对症治疗,未见好转,逐渐加重。半年后,面部一动即出现全面表情肌痉挛,闭目。裂咀,颈阔肌呈条状收缩。说话困难。强行
