我国学者曾对中国科技大学少年班学生的成长情况做了调查,发现70%的少年自婴儿时期开始,就受到良好的家庭教育,父母或祖父母在家庭教育中并非都施以知识教育,而是进行怎样做人、怎样生活、怎样学习,注重良好的意志与性格的培养。由此可见,良好的个性品质是一切成功的根本条件。那么,家长应如何培养孩子形成适应社会的良好个性品质呢?本人认为,应从以下五方面入手:培养独立性;培养责任感和义务感;培养好奇感;培养意志力;培养合作性。
Chinese scholars have conducted a survey on the growth of students in the China University of Science and Technology in the juvenile class and found that 70% of young people have been well-educated in their families since the beginning of their infancy. Parents or grandparents did not apply knowledge education in their family education. Instead, How to live, how to live, how to learn, and pay attention to the cultivation of good will and character. This shows that a good personality is the fundamental condition of all success. So, how should parents cultivate their children to form a good personality and adapt themselves to the society? In my opinion, we should start with the following five aspects: cultivating independence, cultivating a sense of responsibility and obligation, cultivating curiosity, cultivating willpower, and cultivating cooperation.
