党员是党的工作主体、党的建设主体、也是党内生活和党内基层民主的主体。党员主体地位与党内基层民主建设的关系密切,党内基层民主是党员主体地位实现的前提和基础,党员主体地位的突出对党内基层民主建设具有巨大的推动作用。本文在探寻党员主体地位与党内基层民主建设的关系基础上,分析目前高校党内基层民主建设中党员主体地位缺失的问题原因,并提出突出高校党内基层民主建设中党员主体地位的有效途径,从而更好地推动高校党内基层民主建设。
Party members are the party’s main body of work and the party’s main body of construction as well as the main body of inner-party democracy and grass-roots party democracy in the party. The mainstay of party members is closely related to the building of grassroots democracy within the party. The grass-roots democracy within the party is the precondition and foundation for the realization of the party’s main status. On the basis of exploring the relationship between the mainstay status of party members and the construction of grassroots democracy within the party, this paper analyzes the reasons for the absence of the mainstay status of party members in the grassroots-level democracy construction in colleges and universities and puts forward the effective ways to highlight the status of the mainstay party members in the grassroots level , So as to promote the building of grassroots democracy within the party in higher education.
