2005年以来,我国政府相继对房地产市场秩序进行了规范,其目的主要在于营造稳定的市场环境,避免房地产市场大起大落给整体经济带来负面影响。对此,广大购房者必须认真分析这些政策对自身的影响,并据此慎重决策。由于房地产市场具有区域性强的特点,本文仅就北京市场进行分析。
Since 2005, our government has successively regulated the order of the real estate market. The main purpose of the government is to create a stable market environment so as to avoid the negative impact of the ups and downs in the real estate market on the overall economy. In response, the majority of home buyers must carefully analyze the impact of these policies on their own, and accordingly prudent decision-making. As the real estate market has the characteristics of strong regional, this article only on the Beijing market analysis.
