目的:观察我科慢阻肺病人加强营养支持后的效果。方法:共收集病例100例,随机分为两组,治疗组50例在给予抗炎、平喘、化痰等治疗同时进行营养支持治疗;对照组单纯静脉输入药物。疗程为14天,应用营养评估量表对患者进行营养评估,重点观察治疗前后,患者的症状恢复及营养的改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率达88.1%,明显高于对照组的61.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:此治疗方法可更好的帮助慢阻肺患者提高抗病能力,改善症状,减少并发症发生,缩短住院日,降低住院费用。
Objective: To observe the effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in our department to strengthen nutritional support. Methods: A total of 100 cases were collected and randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases in the treatment group were treated with nutritional support while anti-inflammatory, antiasthmatic and phlegm were given. The control group received intravenous drug only. The course of treatment was 14 days. The nutritional assessment scale was used to evaluate the nutritional status of patients. The patients’ symptom recovery and nutrition improvement were observed before and after treatment. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (61.9%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: This treatment method can better help patients with COPD improve disease resistance, improve symptoms, reduce complications, shorten hospital stay and reduce hospitalization costs.
