患者,22岁,孕1产1。住院号1047544。因停经48天,阴道少量流血4天,突发下腹剧痛7小时,于2000年10月3日晚7时急诊入院。既往月经规律,末次月经2000年8月3日,9月21日始有阴道流血,量少,约4天,7小时前突发下腹剧痛,伴大汗、头晕、恶心、肛门坠胀感。1998年顺产一胎,上环2年,无人流史,无肝炎、手术、外伤史。 查体:T36.7℃,P84次/分,R20次/分,BP98/68mmHg。痛苦面容,贫血貌,全腹压痛,反跳痛,以下腹部为甚,移动性浊音(±)。 妇科检查:阴道少量暗红色血液,宫颈光滑,举痛
