高职院校辅导员的工作核心是做好学生思想政治教育工作,同时还要做好日常管理工作。传统的高职院校辅导员基本是保姆型、警察型,现已不适合90后大学生的学习和成长,因此辅导员必须提高综合素质,转换角色,成为知识综合型、高效智能型、良师益友型。
The core work of counselors in higher vocational colleges is to do a good job in ideological and political education of students, but also to do a good job of daily management. The traditional counselors in higher vocational colleges are basically nanny type and police type. Now they are not fit for the study and growth of post-90s college students. Therefore, the counselors must improve their overall quality and change their roles to become knowledge-based, efficient and intelligent teachers. .
