采用电沉积法制备Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层,研究了镀液中纳米MoS2含量与沉积速度的关系,分析了MoS2添加量对镀层显微硬度以及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,当纳米MoS2在镀液中的加入量为4 g/L时,镀层的耐磨性能得到改善,磨损质量损失为普通Ni-P镀层的55%,经400℃×1h热处理后复合镀层表现出更好的耐磨性能。
The Ni-P-MoS2 composite coating was prepared by electrodeposition. The relationship between the content of nano-MoS2 and the deposition rate was studied. The effect of MoS2 dosage on the microhardness and wear resistance of the coating was also analyzed. The results show that when the nano-MoS2 in the bath dosage of 4 g / L, the wear resistance of the coating can be improved, wear quality loss of 55% of ordinary Ni-P coating after 400 ℃ × 1h heat treatment composite coating Show better wear resistance.
