目的:分析研究西格列汀对2型糖尿病患者的疗效及胃肠道影响。方法:选择青田县人民医院2012年10月到2014年3月接治80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,其中40例患者为观察组并采用西格列汀治疗,另外40例为对照组并采用阿卡波糖进行治疗,因两组患者的HbAlc均值均超过10,给予两组患者加用胰岛素辅助治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后胰岛细胞、血糖以及胃肠道的指标,和随访中两种药物对患者的疗效分析。结果:两组在治疗各项指标都有明显升高或降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组比较中,仅有HOMA-β和空腹胰岛素的指标上具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过对比分析两组患者PBG、FBG、HbAlc的指标,两组患者在治疗前PBG、FBG、HbAlc的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组在治疗后的PBG、FBG、HbAlc指标的降低程度上明显低于对照组,且治疗后两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后的指标中观察组的胃饥饿素和餐后2h胃饥饿素与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西格列汀在治疗2型糖尿病上,不仅疗效好,安全性高,还能有效的改善胃肠道中的胃饥饿素,值得临床上广泛推广使用。

After treatment, the difference between the ghrelin in the observation group and the ghrelin 2h after meal was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Sitagliptin is not only effective and safe in treating type 2 diabetes, but also can effectively improve the ghrelin in the gastrointestinal tract. It is worth to be widely used clinically.
