借助于正交试验设计方法,以针入度、针入度指数、当量软化点和当量脆点为考核指标,分析了基质沥青种类、阻燃剂种类和用量对考核指标的影响顺序。结果表明,阻燃剂对考核指标均具有明显的影响,且不同阻燃剂影响的方向和程度不同;基质沥青结合料的种类、阻燃剂的种类和用量依次为影响结合料温度敏感性和高温性能的主次因素;但阻燃剂种类对低温性能的影响超过了沥青的种类的影响。阻燃剂种类和用量相比,前者对路用性能的影响更为重要,因此,当考虑到阻燃剂对路用性能的影响时,应首先考虑其种类,其次才是掺量。
By means of orthogonal design, the order of penetration of index, penetration index, equivalent softening point and equivalence of brittle point were taken as evaluation indexes. The influence sequence of matrix asphalt type and type and amount of flame retardant on evaluation index was analyzed. The results showed that the flame retardants had a significant effect on the evaluation index, and the different directions and degrees of influence of different flame retardants were different.
