2004年3月11日,在深圳市五洲宾馆举行了深圳市无线电专家委员会成立大会暨无线电行业发展战略研讨会。作为国内首家无线电行业专家委员会的成立会议,本次大会不仅得到政府和相关无线电管理部门的大力支持,同时也受到无线电行业和众多媒体的高度关注。专家委员会由中国科学院院士保铮、中国工程院牛憨笨、孙玉、张乃通等四位院士,深圳市无线电管理办公室主任、西安电子科技大学兼职教授张俊焕等十五人组成。
March 11, 2004, held in Shenzhen Wuzhou Hotel Shenzhen Committee of Experts on the establishment of radio and radio industry development strategy seminar. As the inaugural meeting of the first radio industry expert committee in China, this conference not only received strong support from the government and relevant radio management departments, but also received great attention from the radio industry and numerous media. The Committee of Experts consists of 15 academicians including Chinese Academy of Sciences Bao Zheng, Chinese Academy of Engineering Niu Hanben, Sun Yu and Zhang Nai Tong, and other directors of Shenzhen Office of Radio Management and Zhang Junhuan, part-time professor of Xi’an Electronic and Science University.
