腮腺癌的治疗以手术为主,但单纯手术局部控制率仅20％～24％,加术后放疗可使局部控制率达到70％～74％。本文回顾分析1975～1989年手术加放射治疗的62例腮腺癌的结果及治疗失败的肿瘤类型。 男36例,女26例,中位年龄53岁(10～89岁)。首发52例(84％),复发10例(16％)。右侧36例(58％),左侧26例(42％)。面神经受侵32例(52％)。手术切缘肉眼观肿瘤残存3例(5％),镜下观肿瘤残存24例(39％),手术遗漏4例(6％),闭合(close)19例(31％),阴性或不明12例(20％)。按AJCC分期,T_1 21
Surgical treatment of parotid cancer mainly, but the local surgical control rate of only 20% to 24%, plus postoperative radiotherapy can make the local control rate of 70% to 74%.
