宝钢从1978年12月建厂开始便坚定地走现代化管理的道路。在引进国外先进技术装备的同时,大胆引进、借鉴了日本新日铁的管理软件,结合我国国情和宝钢的实际,按照现代化企业管理的理论与方法不断改革创新,逐步深化推进,已经形成一套完整的适应大型现代化钢铁联合企业要求的管理体系。从1985年9月一期工程投产以来,宝钢实现利税几乎每年翻一番,1992年实现利税总额达27亿元,1993年预计可以达到52亿元。一、二期工程原设计定员4万人(仅为国内同类规模企业的20%),投产以来年年增产减员,1992年定员已减到2.8万人,按全员口径计算人均产钢200多吨,按与国外同类企业可比
Since its establishment in December 1978, Baosteel has firmly taken the path of modern management.
