通过测定自制Chiralcel OJ柱的Van Deemter曲线 ,发现Chiralcel OJ柱的Van Deemter曲线不仅出现了极大值而且出现了极小值 ,其原因有待于进一步分析 .我们用该柱拆分四对对映体并讨论了流动相流速及极性对分离度的影响 .实验结果表明 :最佳流速为0 .6mL/min ;随着流动相改性剂的增加 ,对不同的对映体 ,分离度有的增加 ,有的减小
