干扰素(IFN_s)对宿主抗病毒感染和调节细胞增殖和分化方面都具有生理作用。已有充分证据表明,正常机体组织可在无明显外来诱导物的情况下产生干扰素。肺泡组织是机体长期暴露于外界环境的最大表面,但对正常下呼吸道内干扰素的情况了解甚少,作者分别测定健康志愿者血清(22名)和 BALF(14名)中干扰素的含量。结果发现血清中无 IFN-α,IFN-γ的含量也极少。而 BALF 的上清液中 IFN-α平均值达10.63U/ml,IFN-γ平均值为0.227U/ml。
Interferon (IFN) has a physiological effect on host antiviral infection and on regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. There is good evidence that normal body tissue can produce interferon without significant foreign inducer. Alveolar tissue is the largest surface exposed to the environment for long periods of time, but little is known about the presence of interferon in the normal lower respiratory tract. The authors determined the levels of interferon in serum (22) and BALF (14) from healthy volunteers, respectively. The results found no serum IFN-α, IFN-γ content is also very small. The average IFN-α in BALF supernatant reached 10.63U / ml, IFN-γ average 0.227U / ml.
