考察虫类药物对腺嘌呤致慢性肾功能不全大鼠的治疗作用及其机理。采用氢气排除记录大鼠肾血流量 ;用改良的戈氏紫外吸收法测血中中分子物质 (MMS)含量 ;检测血红蛋白 Hb及红细胞膜 Na+ K+ ATP酶活性 ;镜下观察大鼠肾组织病变的情况。结果 :用药后大鼠肾血流量明显增加 ,MMS降低 ,Hb和红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性增加 ,肾组织病变明显改善。
To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of worms on adenine-induced chronic renal insufficiency in rats. The renal blood flow in rats was recorded using hydrogen exclusion; the content of MMS in blood was measured by modified Goeth’s ultraviolet absorption method; the activity of hemoglobin Hb and Na+ K+ ATPase in erythrocyte membrane were measured; and the pathological changes of renal tissue in rats were observed under microscope. Happening. RESULTS: After administration, renal blood flow increased significantly, MMS decreased, Hb and Na+K+ ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane increased, and renal tissue lesions improved significantly.
