建设和谐文化是构建和谐社会的一项基础性工程,在构建社会主义和谐社会中,大众文化发挥着其独特的功能和作用。改革开放以来,广州的大众文化发展经历了引进模仿、独立发展、曲折发展三个阶段,通过对这三个阶段进行分析,提出今后广州大众文化发展的一些基本思路。一是大众文化的发展需要精英文化的引领;二是深化文化体制改革,促进文化市场的繁荣;三是积极挖掘和培养大众文化产业人才;四是提高大众文化生产的科技含量。
Building a harmonious culture is a basic project of building a harmonious society. In building a harmonious socialist society, popular culture plays its unique functions and functions. Since the reform and opening up, the development of mass culture in Guangzhou has undergone three stages of imitation, independent development and twists and turns. Based on these three stages, some basic ideas for the development of mass culture in Guangzhou are put forward. First, the development of mass culture needs leading of elite culture; second, deepening the reform of cultural system and promoting the prosperity of cultural market; third, actively excavating and cultivating talents of mass cultural industries; fourth, increasing the scientific and technological content of mass cultural production.
