本文采用正交实验设计的方法,观察维生素E、硒、蛋白质、锰5种因素2种水平对大白鼠红细胞膜流动性的影响。结果表明,饲料中补充维生素E可使膜的脂质流动性增高,富锰、低硒均可导致膜的脂质流动性显著下降。
In this paper, orthogonal experimental design methods were used to observe the effect of five levels of vitamin E, selenium, protein and manganese on the erythrocyte membrane fluidity of rats. The results showed that the supplementation of vitamin E in the feed can increase the lipid fluidity of the membrane, and both manganese-rich and low-selenium can result in a significant decrease in lipid fluidity of the membrane.
