目的 观察中药八正清淋栓的抑菌和抗炎作用。方法 制备含不同浓度八正清淋栓的药物平板 ,观察大肠杆菌等 5种细菌在该平板上的生长情况 ,并测定其最低抑菌浓度 (MIC) ;建立雄性大鼠细菌性前列腺炎模型 ,观察八正清淋栓对该炎症模型的治疗作用。结果 八正清淋栓体外对大肠杆菌、宋内志贺菌、伤寒沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的 MIC分别为 0 .0 12 5 g· m l- 1 、0 .0 2 5 g· m l- 1 、0 .0 12 5 g· ml- 1 、0 .0 12 5 g· m l- 1 和 0 .0 2 5 g· m l- 1 。八正清淋栓对大鼠实验性细菌性前列腺炎具有抗炎作用 ,疗效甚至优于阳性对照药野菊花栓。结论 八正清淋栓具有明显的抑菌和抗炎作用
Objective To observe the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the traditional Chinese medicine Bazhengqinglin suppository. Methods The drug plates containing different concentrations of Bazhengqinglin suppository were prepared, and the growth of 5 kinds of bacteria such as E. coli on the plate was observed, and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined. The bacterial prostatitis model of male rats was established and observed. Eight positive Qinglin suppository treatment of the inflammation model. Results The MICs of E.coli, Shigella sonnei, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro were: 0. 0 12 5 g·m -1, 0·0 2 respectively. 5 g·m 1−1, 0·0 12 5 g·ml− 1, 0·0 12 5 g·m 1−1 and 0·0 2 5 g·m 1− 1. Eight Zheng Qing Lin Suppository has an anti-inflammatory effect on experimental bacterial prostatitis in rats and its efficacy is even better than the positive control drug chrysanthemum suppository. Conclusion Eight positive Zhenglin suppository has obvious antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects
