高职院校进行思政课程设置的现实意义,就是及时透过社会荣辱观等角度辅助内部学生树立起标准化的价值、发展理念,为他们今后更好地适应各类岗位环境、积极落实个人职责和义务等目标贯彻,提供保障。但是与之相互冲突的是,现阶段高职院校思政教学人员专业技能和职业道德素质着实不高,特别是在陈旧教学理念和引导模式交互式作用下,使得双师型教师团队创建工作出现严重的滞后隐患,如若不能及时予以遏制,势必威胁今后高职思政理论和实践等课程的教学实效。由此,笔者决定在理清当前限制我国高职思政课程双师型教师构建进程的各类因素基础上,结合实际探讨日后这类双师型教师团队科学化构建方式。

As a result, the author decided to sort out the current restrictions on China’s vocational and political curriculum dual-type teacher building process based on various factors, combined with the actual discussion of dual-type teacher team in the future scientific construction methods.
