在中央和地方工业并举的方针指导下,我县先后办起了几十个铁厂、铜厂和其他化工厂。我们知道,进行生产所需要的原料事先必须经过化验,求出有效元素的含量高低,才能决定其有无开采的价值,否则盲目开采,就会造成巨大的浪费。但我县只有大厂才设有化验室,而大厂的化验任务又繁重,地方上送去的原料和成品往往要等一两个月才能看到结果,这样容易造成地方工业生产的停滞。因此,党委指示我们要为地方工业进行化验。
Under the guidance of the central and local industries simultaneously, our county has successively established dozens of iron mills, copper mills and other chemical plants. We know that the raw materials needed for production must be tested in advance to find out the content of effective elements in order to decide whether or not they have the value of exploitation. Otherwise, blind mining will result in huge waste. However, only the major manufacturers in our county have laboratories, while the laborers have heavy laboratory tasks. The raw materials and finished products sent to places often have to wait for a month or two before they can see the results, which can easily result in the stagnation of local industrial production. Therefore, the party committee instructed us to test the local industry.
