目的 探讨风心病心肌中肥大细胞与心肌纤维化的关系 .方法 用甲苯胺兰染色检测患者心肌组织中肥大细胞数量 ,用 HE,Messon染色检测心肌纤维化面积 ,用免疫组化法检测 PCNA, , 型胶原表达量 ,并将结果进行相关性分析 .结果 风心病心肌组织中心肌纤维化明显增加 ,且与 PC-NA表达量呈明显正相关 (r=0 .857,P<0 .0 0 1 ) .肥大细胞数量在实验组较正常对照组明显增多 ,其数量与心肌组织中 , 型胶原表达量呈正相关 (r =0 .797,r =0 .851 ,P<0 .0 1 ) .结论 风心病心肌组织中肥大细胞参与了胶原合成及代谢 ,检测肥大细胞数可间接反映胶原增生状态
Objective To investigate the relationship between mast cells and myocardial fibrosis in patients with rheumatic heart disease.Methods The quantity of mast cells in myocardium was detected by toluidine blue staining and the area of myocardial fibrosis was detected by HE and Messon staining.The expressions of PCNA, Type collagen, and the results were analyzed.Results Myocardial fibrosis significantly increased in patients with rheumatic heart disease and was positively correlated with the expression of PC-NA (r = 0.857, P0.01) .The number of mast cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group, and the quantity of mast cells was positively correlated with the expression of collagen in myocardial tissue (r = 0.797, r = 0.851, P <0.01) .Conclusion Wind MCH in cardiac myocardial tissue is involved in the synthesis and metabolism of collagen. The number of mast cells can indirectly reflect the status of collagen hyperplasia
