乡镇干部任期履行经济责任状况是乡镇经济发展良好的重要因素。经济责任审计已成为加强干部监管、惩治腐败、推进法制建设和保增值国有资产的重要手段。并结合经济责任审计在县级以下的实践情况,从实务和理论与的角度,采取合理探讨和分析案例形式,建立了我国乡镇干部审计评价思路和体系,以便提高经济责任的审计质量和发挥审计的作用。提出科学、合理和规范的审计方法,使乡镇干部经济责任审计得以完善,有利于实现农村经济健康持续发展。
The fulfillment of the economic responsibility of township cadres during their terms of office is an important factor in the sound development of the township economy. Economic responsibility auditing has become an important means to strengthen supervision over cadres, punish corruption, promote the legal system and protect and increase the value of state-owned assets. Combined with the practice of economic responsibility auditing at the county level, from the perspective of practice and theory, the article explores and analyzes the case form and establishes the audit evaluation system and system of township cadres in order to improve the audit quality of economic responsibility and to play an active role in auditing Role. Put forward scientific, reasonable and standardized auditing methods so as to perfect the auditing of economic responsibility of township cadres and help to realize the sound and sustainable development of rural economy.
