FSM(Field Signature Method)即电指纹法,一种新型的管道腐蚀监测技术,监测所用的电极和其他设备均安装在管道外部,可以不受干扰地监测管道内部腐蚀。在介绍FSM方法的基础上,提出了平板模型以及平板模型对FSM检测的作用。对平板模型进行了ANSYS仿真分析和实验验证。理论推导和实际数据处理表明,指纹系数和平板模型厚度变化一一对应,理论厚度变化与实际超声波测得厚度变化吻合程度对提高管道腐蚀检测精度具有重要意义。
FSM (Field Signature Method) is an electric fingerprinting method, a new type of pipeline corrosion monitoring technology. The electrodes and other equipment for monitoring are installed outside the pipeline and can monitor the internal corrosion of the pipeline without interference. Based on the introduction of FSM method, the effects of flat model and flat model on FSM detection are proposed. ANSYS simulation analysis and experimental verification of the flat model. The theoretical derivation and the actual data processing show that the change of the fingerprint coefficient and the thickness of the slab model correspond one by one. The change of the theoretical thickness and the change of the thickness measured by the actual ultrasonic wave are of great significance to improve the pipeline corrosion detection accuracy.
