一、前言为了适应社会主义建设发展的需要,我们结合国家资源,研究试制了一种屈服强度为50公斤/毫米。级低合金高强度钢14MnMoVB。该钢种不含Ni、Cr,主要采用微量硼与钼相配合的合金化方法,使钢在空冷条件下得到贝茵体组织,将室温屈服强度提高到普通锅炉钢板的两倍以上,由于含碳量低,总的合金含量少,钢材的焊接性能良好,是一种适合于常温及中温焊接结构的低合金高强度钢。到目前止上钢三厂已经生产了四千多吨6~20毫米厚的14MnMoVB钢板,以薄型板材性能更为稳定。
