目的探讨在网络化技术条件下基层图书馆参考咨询服务的发展方向与工作策略。方法分析传统与现代基层图书馆参考咨询服务的特征,总结基层图书馆应用网络化技术开展参考服务工作的体会。结果研究在网络化技术条件下基层图书馆参考咨询服务的特征,论述了参考服务工作新的职能内函,提出了基层图书馆参考服务工作应重点把握的问题。结论基层图书馆只有充分利用网络技术,才能不断开创参考咨询服务工作的新局面。
Objective To explore the development direction and work strategies of reference services of grassroots libraries under the condition of network technology. Methods Analyze the characteristics of the reference service of traditional and modern grassroots libraries, and summarize the experiences of using reference network services in grassroots libraries. Results The characteristics of reference service of grassroots library under the condition of network technology were discussed. The new function of reference service was discussed, and the reference service of grassroots library should be emphasized. Conclusion Only by making full use of network technology can grassroots libraries continue to create a new situation in reference services.
