高职院校学风建设“教—学—团”联动机制探析

学风是衡量高校人才培养质量和教学管理水平的重要指标,关系到学校的生存与发展。学风建设是全面推进素质教育,为社会培养高质量人才的关键,是高职院校思政工作的永恒主题。本文试图从“教师、教学管理-学生、学生管理-骨干、社团管理”着手,探索构建高职院校学风建设的“教-学-团”一体化联动机制。

The style of study is an important indicator to measure the quality of personnel training and teaching management in colleges and universities, and is related to the survival and development of schools. The construction of style of study is the key to promoting quality education in an all-round way and cultivating high-quality talents for the society. It is the eternal theme of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges. This article tries to probe into the integrated teaching mechanism of “teaching - learning - group” from “teachers, teaching management - students, student management - backbone and community management”.
