目的评估异甘草酸镁预防乙肝携带者抗结核药物致肝损害的疗效。方法观察时间2个月(强化期)。对照组46例,抗结核治疗同时使用葡醛内酯注射液护肝治疗,治疗组96例,抗结核治疗同时给予异甘草酸镁注射液护肝治疗,观察两组在治疗过程中肝损害的发生率及严重程度。结果治疗组与对照组肝损害发生率分别为14.58%、34.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);两组中发生肝损害者谷氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶、总胆红素等指标比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论异甘草酸镁对乙肝携带者抗结核治疗所致肝损害有较好的预防作用,并能减轻肝损害的程度,使抗结核治疗顺利进行。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in preventing liver damage caused by hepatitis B carriers antituberculosis drugs. Methods Observation time 2 months (intensive). The control group of 46 cases of anti-tuberculosis treatment with glucurolactone treatment of liver protection, the treatment group of 96 patients with anti-TB treatment of magnesium glycyrrhizinate injection of liver protection treatment, the two groups observed in the incidence of liver damage and severity. Results The incidence of liver damage in the treatment group and the control group were 14.58% and 34.78%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.006). In the two groups, the liver damage occurred in patients with GAG, Aminotransferase, γ-glutamyl transpeptidase, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin and other indicators were also statistically significant differences (P <0.01). Conclusion Isoglycyrrhizinate has a good preventive effect on liver damage caused by anti-TB treatment in hepatitis B carriers, and can reduce the extent of liver damage so that anti-TB treatment can be carried out smoothly.
